Making butter is a long procedure and you need to follow a lot of steps very carefully. If you carry out the following procedure you should produce high-quality butter.
Firstly, check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. Then we leave the milk outside to cool. Second, we separate the cream from the milk. The next step is to churn the cream. After that we drain the butter milk from the butter. After we are done with the draining we place the butter in a jar and we leave it for a while. We get the butter out of the jar and wash it with a cold water to remove the remaining butter milk. And now we add some salt for flavor . Finally we cut and wrap the butter and store it in the fridge.
To conclude, making butter is really easy and after that it can be used in a lot of dishes.
